What is your return policy?
Items purchased on threesnewyork.com are eligible for return provided that they are returned within 14 days of the item's delivery date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of threesnewyork.com. Items that are deemed not to meet one or more of the eligibility criteria outlined above will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a return shipping fee?
A $15 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please email returns@threesnewyork.com with your order number. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and packing slip. Place your item and the packing slip inside your package. Securely affix the return label and drop it off at your nearest courier location.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please place a new order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
